You can contact us here with any questions regarding our ants, care requirements, or orders. This form may also be used to report any issues with delivery, including ants arriving deceased, so we can assist you promptly and resolve the matter.

We cover deaths during shipping and up to 48 hours after delivery (replacement or refund for the full price of the ant(s), including shipping). Claims must be submitted within 48 hours with photo evidence via email or the contact form. All ants are shipped with brood present. Shipping is limited to Australia only, excluding Tasmania and Western Australia.
